All our new items* (sale or otherwise) are covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers residential use under normal conditions and in accordance with the product care and usage instructions. For commercial use, the warranty is only one month. If an item proves defective, with the supplier's agreement, we will repair it. If repair is not possible, we will offer a replacement (new or refurbished at our discretion) or a credit if a replacement is unavailable. However, this warranty excludes any item that has been intentionally modified. Some of our suppliers offer extended warranties. These warranties are indicated on the packaging and/or in the product instruction booklet and require you to deal directly with them.
