THE ROAST: Roasted in small batches in the Eastern Townships of Québec, our organic 100% Arabica coffee is a full bodied medium roast. This coffee is rated as a 6 out of 8 on our intensity scale. It is considered as a smooth espresso with very little acidity.
THE TASTE: This full bodied coffee has a fantastic aroma with a hint of sweetness and an intense crema. Perfect for coffee connoisseurs and amateurs alike. Best served as espresssos, or as a base for lattes, cappuccinos, flat whites or cortados.
PREPARATION: These arabica coffee beans are best suited for espresso machines and stove top espresso makers. It is suitable for automatic espresso machines with an integrated grinder.
