Autentico
This is the very first espresso created by Barista. Time has proven that this typically Italian blend has become a classic in our range. Created in 2004, Autentico is the perfect introduction to espresso at its best, in the most classic way possible.
Highlighted origin: Peru
Roasting: medium-black
Tasting notes: balanced milk chocolate
Gran Barista
A grandiose, dazzling blend. Barista's second creation, Gran Barista stands out generously for its body and sustained taste attributes. Originating from Central America, it represents a coffee-growing region distinguished by good acidity.

Roast: medium-brown
Tasting notes: caramel and brightness
Venezia
Venice - Venezia - was the scene of the first roasting houses in the 17th century. Ways of consuming coffee have evolved a hundredfold since then, but the Venetian tradition of roasting beans for espresso is still very much alive and well. Venezia 1645 is our way of paying tribute to these Italian master roasters, whose know-how has been handed down from one generation to the next for almost 400 years.
Origin highlighted: Kenya
Roasting: medium-black
Tasting notes: cocoa and hazelnuts
Bio Uno
Our Bio Uno bioequitable blend is not a compromise. It offers the same high level of quality and strength as our other espressos. Bioéquitable is also one of the only Barista espressos to feature a blend of origins instead of just one. Representing Nicaragua and Peru, it flirts with South and Central America, but your bag contains only 100% Arabica beans.
Origin highlighted: Nicaragua and Peru
Roasting: medium-brown
Tasting notes: lemon and almonds
Bio Due
Bio Due is a very tasty espresso blend with hints of chocolate, made with beans from the Sidamo region. It is a response to the growing demand for organic and fair-trade coffee in Quebec and elsewhere.

Roasting: medium-black
Tasting notes: cocoa and hazelnuts
