Return Policy (Exchange and Refund)

Returns or exchanges* can be made within 15 days* of the purchase date, provided the item
has never been used, is accompanied by the original invoice, and comes in its complete and
resalable packaging (box, instructions, product and accessories, and any applicable bonus).
Returns and exchanges are accepted in-store only. For online purchases, see the Shipping and
Returns tab.

The refund method will be the same as the payment method used for the initial purchase.

For returns made more than 15 days but less than 45 days prior, a credit note will be
automatically issued. All returns made more than 45 days prior will incur a restocking
fee of $9.99 plus applicable taxes.

Valid proof of purchase includes original invoices or receipts, duplicates, or a photograph
of them. A gift receipt is a valid proof of purchase that can be used to obtain an exchange
or a credit note (no refunds are possible).

A paid gift card is valid indefinitely, while a credit note is valid for two years from the
date of issue. When returning a product purchased with a gift card, you will automatically
receive a credit note.

*Except for the Christmas and New Year period. If marked "Christmas gift", the return period
is extended until the following January 31st.

*Excluding automatic coffee machines, special orders, clearance or final sale products, and
gift cards.
